06/22/2017 – South and North Suicides

E. Marquez will lead "South and North Suicides" with a duration of 4.5 hours somewwhere in The Chugach Front Range.

Meet at 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of Upper DeArmoun and Canyon Roads.  We will carpool to the Rabbit Lakes trailhead.   We will proceed to the lakes, then ascend the west ridge of South Suicide, proceed across Windy Gap to North Suicide, and then return via Hauser’s Gulley.

04/13/2017 – Rough on the Edges

E. Marquez will lead "Rough on the Edges" with a duration of 3 hours somewwhere in The Chugach Front Range.

Meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Prospect Heights trailhead.  We will take the trail to Wolverine but then diverge towards Rusty Point.  We will then plunge down to the Middle Fork Trail for the return.

01/26/2017 – No Problemo

E. Marquez will lead "No Problemo" with a duration of 2.5 hours somewwhere in The Chugach Front Range.

Meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Rainbow trailhead.  We will take the main trail for approximately 1 mile, before diverting along the western side of the creek.   There will be bushwhacking and deep snow before we rejoin the main trail and return.

01/05/2017 – Hillside Ramble

E. Marquez will lead "Hillside Ramble" with a duration of 2.5 hours somewwhere in The Chugach Front Range.

Meet at Hillside Trailhead at 6:30 p.m.  We will proceed along a route towards N. Bivouac trailhead, then to the Powerline, towards Campbell Creek and return through Prospect Heights.

12/01/2016 – Welcome Home Potter

E. Marquez will lead "Welcome Home Potter" with a duration of 3 hours somewwhere in Turnagain Arm.

Meet at 6:30 pm in the weigh station parking lot just past Potter Marsh on the Seward Highway. We will take the Turnagain Arm Trail for about 2 miles and then angle up and down cross country to and from the ridge.

07/07/2016 – Thinking Aloud

E. Marquez will lead "Thinking Aloud" with a duration of 3 hours somewwhere in Eagle River - South.

Meet at 6:30 p.m. at the South Fork Eagle River trailhead.  We will take the main trail to the Hanging Valley.  Then we will ascend Harp Mountain and return.
