where we will bushwhack down the hill back to the Middle Fork Trail.

Meet at 6:30 pm in the parking area at Point Woronzof. We will take a loop route on snowy/icy beaches, ski trails, and hobbit routes in the woods.

Meet at 6:30 pm at the Ptarmigan trailhead in Chugiak. Bring sleds to celebrate Jane Baldwin’s birthday. We will go out for dinner afterward in Eagle River. Estimated
duration is 2 hours. Note: this also falls on the twelfth anniversary of the
“Thursday Evening Epic Runs”.

Meet at 6:30 pm at the Prospect Heights trail head. We will take the main trail towards
Wolverine Peak before turning off to explore the “No Man’s Land” between
Wolverine Peak and Near Point.
Rob DeVelice will lead "Wild Turkeys" with a duration of 3 hours somewwhere in JBER.
Meet at 11 am (note earlier time than usual) at the Snow Hawk parking
area on the right about 1.5 miles up Arctic Valley Road from the Glenn
Highway. The route will be on Fort Richardson so you will need an
iSportman permit to participate. Sign in on November 22 to access training
areas 428 and 427 . We will head up the Snowhawk Trail on a figure 9
route. Bring traction devices as there are ice sections on the trail.
Rob DeVelice will lead "Nothing to Do" with a duration of 2.5 hours somewwhere in The Chugach Front Range.
Meet at 6:30 pm at the Dome Trailhead (intersection of Basher and Kalmia
drives up the Campbell Airstrip Road). This will be a loop route. We will
head towards the Dome, head up the Campbell Creek drainage, cross the
creek, head up to Near Point, and back down to the trailhead. Traction
devices suggested.
Mike Monterusso will lead "Campbell Soup" with a duration of 2.5 hours somewwhere in East Anchorage.
Meet at 6:30 pm at Alaska Botanical Garden (460I Campbell Airstrip Rd).
Unlimited parking in lot across street at Benny Benson School. Look for red
truck. Run will start by going through or around Alaska Botanical Garden making our way to North Gasline Trail. Proceed across Campbell Airstrip Rd via N/S Bivouac Trailhead. Navigate Campbell Creek trails and return to start via road and/or Far North Bicentennial Trail system. Potential for icy patches in swampy areas so extra traction is suggested. Some road and trail sections may require a dog leash.
Anne Ver Hoef will lead "Hillside Loop(s)" with a duration of 2.5 hours somewwhere in East Anchorage.
Meet at 6:30 pm at Prospect Heights trailhead. We will take a series of smaller trails in the Hillside. Be prepared for ice patches – two lights may be desirable and traction for shoes.
E. Marquez will lead "Mad Potter" with a duration of 2.5 hours somewwhere in Turnagain Arm.
Meet at 6:30 pm in the parking area at the intersection of the Seward
Highway and Potter Valley Road. We will follow the Turnagain Arm
Trail for approximately 1/2, mile, then head uphill towards the ridge, with
a goal of returning via Potter Valley Road from above.
Jesse Gobeli will lead "A little Back and Forth" with a duration of 2.5 hours somewwhere in JBER.
Meet at 6:30 pm at the small pulloff just before the ski area at the top of Arctic Valley Road. We will start with a short climb, then descend to the valley floor, then climb back up the ridge, and descend the standard route back to the start.
Rob DeVelice will lead "Off Point" with a duration of 2.5 hours somewwhere in East Anchorage.
Meet at 6:30 pm at the Basher trailhead (on the right 3 miles up Campbell Airstrip Road from Tudor Road). We will begin on the Basher Road, proceed up the ridge on trails and minimal bushwack towards Near Point, and finish on trails looping back to Basher trailhead.
