09/29/2016 – Peak 1340
Lee Helzer will lead "Peak 1340" with a duration of 3.5 hours somewwhere in Peters Creek.
Meet at the Ptarmigan Valley Trail head at 6:30. We will head toward Roundtop, but divert early and bushwhack up Peak 1340 (4350).
09/22/2016 – Soaker
Rob DeVelice will lead "Soaker" with a duration of 1.5 hours somewwhere in West Anchorage.
Meet at 6:30 pm in the Raspberry parking area of Kincaid Park. We will ramble along an eclectic mix of routes.
09/15/2016 – The Iron Nipple
Lee Helzer will lead "The Iron Nipple" with a duration of 2.5 hours somewwhere in Eagle River - North.
At 6:15, meet in the northeast portion of the Eagle River Wal-Mart parking lot. We will carpool to a very limited parking “trailhead” to access the Iron Nipple on an out and back. This will be a new location with theoretical access researched solely through the ether. If access is an issue we will divert to the Mile Hi trail head.

Meet at the Rainbow trailhead at 6:30. This will be an out and back to the Hole-in-the-Wall site, following a network of obscure trails.

E. Marquez will lead "A Keg and Ales" with a duration of 4 hours somewwhere in Eagle River - North.
Meet at 6:30 pm at the Mount Baldy trailhead in Eagle River. We were proceed to Roundtop and back.
08/25/2016 – Rendezvous Ridge
Lee Helzer will lead "Rendezvous Ridge" with a duration of 3 hours somewwhere in JBER.
Epic moved to baldy trailhead off skyline rd. Due to live fire.
Meet at 6:30 pm in the pull out just before the parking lot at the end of Arctic Valley Road. We will head up to Rendezvous Peak then take the ridge back to exceptional berry picking. After our mouths are blue and bellies full we’ll descend towards Ship Creek and catch a trail maintained by the local moose and bear population.

Meet at 6:30 pm at Falls Creek trailhead on the Seward Highway. The route will comply with the desires of participants.

This week’s Epic is canceled due to the Res. Pass Ultra and others being out of town.
08/04/2016 – Rabbit High Route
E. Marquez will lead "Rabbit High Route" with a duration of 3.5 hours somewwhere in The Chugach Front Range.
Meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Rabbit Lakes Trailhead. We will take the main trail to the lake and then ascend the north ridge, traverse to Powerline Pass, and follow the trail over Ptarmigan Pass back to the start.

Rendezvous at the Rabbit Creek Trail head for a 6:30 departure. We will ascend McHugh Peak via the creek side trail to survey new created access paths. Expect to get wet.
